Specialist Support Coordination
Also referred to as Coordination Level 3, this service employs an expert or specialist approach that is required due to the participant's specific high-complexity needs or significant risks.
Specialist Support Coordination is provided by a qualified and experienced practitioner to address the unique needs of each participant's situation.

Understand the NDIS Plan

Connect with Services

- Link participant with NDIS providers, community & mainstream supports

- Support with choosing providers and booking services

- Assist with Service Agreements & understanding T&Cs
Support Implementation

- Monitor budget use & provider invoices

- Troubleshoot service issues or changes
Crisis Management (if required)
